Product Application & Characteristic
   1. Gyrator crusher is widely used in metallurgy, building material, chemical industry, and electric power. It's one of the main equipments which can primary crush ore and rock with big crushing ratio, high product capacity, and well product size.
   2. Our company design and manufacture gyrator crusher. Its product can be series from PXZ0506 to PXZ 1623. Now our product with complete specification, advanced designing, reliable performance, stable working, and lower consumption is accepted by all over the world.
   3. Our company manufactures three series gyrator crusher: PXZ (heavy duty), PXQ (light duty). PXZ series can crusher medium or hard material. PXQ series is used for crushing medium or soft material.
Gyrator crusher is consisted of transmission, base, eccentric, crushing cone, middle frame, beam, motive power, oil cylinder, hydraulic device, block, electrical device, grease and oil lubrication station. Motor makes eccentric bushing rotate by belt pulley and cone gear. While eccentric bushing rotates, crushing cone will do cycloidal movement around the center.
   4. The surface of crushing cone sometimes close or sometimes leaves the fixed cone. And feeding material will be impacted and twisted to product. Crushed material will be discharged by gravity.
    5.  Our gyrator crusher adopts hydraulic supporting structure. Before crusher start, open oil pump, Cylinder will be full with oil. While crushing cone up to working position, close cut-off valve, and stop oil pump at the same time. This structure is easily to adjust discharge size to come up with the requirement of product and capacity. Crushing force will be increase while non crushed material is fed to chamber. At the same time, system oil pressure will be get higher. Oil in the cylinder will be compressed into accumulator which will reduce the position of cone, expend discharge opening, and discharge non crushed material. After discharge it, oil will be compressed to cylinder by one-way valve under the effect of accumulator. And the crushing cone will be steady set to normal position. While the non crushed material is too big that cannot get through discharge opening, system oil pressure will keep increase to setting value. And controlling system will automatic stop main motor to ensure the equipment's safety
